The reservation is final on receipt of the deposit (= half the rate for the rental period) 10 days before arrival, the other half + the deposit must be transferred. The deposit is 400 euros and will be refunded within 14 days of checking out. Of course after checking for any damage to the accommodation. After your stay, we ask you to leave the accommodation in a respectful manner. Sweep the floor, empty the dishwasher, fridge and freezer and dispose of all waste in the provided containers. On departure, please put the sheets in the laundry basket.
